If you are a UK taxpayer, please also complete a Gift Aid form. You only need to do this once during the time your child is with the club. Gift Aid allows KDR JFC to reclaim basic rate tax from HM Revenue &amp; Customs on membership subscriptions paid. Forms should be returned to Steve Pierce or to your team manager as described below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kdrjfc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/KDRJFC-Gift-Aid-Form.xls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download a Gift Aid declaration\u200b\u200b\u200b form<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>For age groups Under 7s to Under 18s<\/strong> use this form: U7s to U18s subs form (to be updated)<\/p>\n<p>For Kiddies and Under 6s only use this form: Kiddies and U6s subs form (to be updated)<\/p>\n<p>The form can be completed and returned\u00a0in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Electronically\u200b<\/strong><br \/>\nDownload the form and complete all fields (use the drop down lists where appropriate).\u00a0Send the completed form by e-mail to the\u00a0Club treasurer Steve Pierce (familypierce@btinternet.com).\u00a0By completing the form electronically any family discounts are calculated automatically.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By hand \/ post\u200b\u200b<\/strong><br \/>\nDownload and print off the form and complete all fields.
